Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Under the order of the Third Judicial District Court
of Salt Lake County, a retail liquor dealer's license was issued
to Charles Tina July 5, 1916, under which license he is conducting
what is known e.s the Shamrock Bar, 219 ,West Second South Street; and
WHEREAS, By a communication from the Chief of Police of this
City to the Commissioner of Public Safety, he has regaested that
the City Attorney be directed to begin proceedings in the Third
District Court for the revocation of said retail liquor dealer's
license:
NOW T ERE ORE, BE I: RESOLVED, That the City Attorney be, and
he is hereby instructed, upon a complaint to be made by the Chief
of Police, to present an application to the said District Court for
the revocation of the retail liquor dealer's license granted to
Charles Eine as hereinhefore set out.
