Scheid V Showman Wells Mr.Chairman Result RESOLUTION RESOLUTION WHEREAS, One Ed Mouire, doing business in the name of Bingham Buffet, 29 Commercial Street, has applied to the District Court of Salt Lake County for a retail liquor dealer's license for said place, which application will presently be heard by the District Court; and WHEREAS, J. Parley White, Chief of Police of this city has requested that proceedings be taken to revoke the retail liquor dealer's license now held by said McGuire for said place, which license will expire on the first of October, 1916: NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the City Attorney of this city, upon a complaint to be made by said J. Parley White, Chief of Police, protest to the Third District Court against the granting of the retail liquor dealer's license so applied for by said Ed McGuire.
