Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS,application was made on the 20th. day of
September,1916, by Cora Thompson for a rooming house keeper's
license at #71 Commercial Street for a term of three months com-
mencing September lst.,1916 and
Yt1 EREAS,said application was referred to the Chief of
Police on September 21st.,1916 and the Chief of Police has made
report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake Cif,-,together
with a report that he has inspected said rooming house and recom-
mended that the license be denied:
TiEREPORE BE IT RESOLVED: that said application for room-
ing house keeper's license by Cora Thompson, together withseid
report of the Chief of Police, be set down for hearing before the

Board of Commissioners for the 3rft day of October,1916 at the
hour of ,.3n p m , and that the City Recorder be and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon the said Cora Thompson a copy of
the report of said Chief of Police, together wit ice of the
time and place of said hearing upon her applic tior. and that the
Chief of Police of Salt Lake City and the City Attorney be notif-
ied of the time and place of said hearing.
