Result RESOLUTION /, WHEREAS, the Board of City Commissioners deems it necessary and advisable to obtain and receive well-considered, properly researched and detailed expert advice with regard to advanced plan- ning for the Salt Lake City International Airport and the Salt Lake City Airport No. 2; and WHEREAS, the Board of City Commissioners believes it is neces- sary to such programming that a body be established to be known as the Salt Lake City International Airport Advanced Planning Group; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF SALT LAKE CITY as follows: 1. That there be and there is hereby created the Salt Lake City International Airport Advanced Planning Group. 2. That the body hereby created shall be composed of five (5) members, the same being designated as follows: (a) Salt Lake City International Airport Manager - Chairman (b) City Engineer - Member (c) City Design Engineer - Member (d) Airport Architect - Member (e) Airport Consultant - Member, who, from time to time, shall be designated by the Chairman. 3. That the body hereby created shall be responsible for the advanced planning, including the Master Plan of the Salt Lake City International Airport and the Salt Lake City Airport No. 2. 4. That plans which may be proposed by this body, after appro- priate coordination, shall be submitted to the Board of City Commissioners for approval. 5. That the members of the group shall serve without compensa- tion for their services as members. 6. That the group shall act and shall continue to act in its capacity as aforesaid at the pleasure of the Board of City Commissioners.
