Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS application was made on the twenty-fifth day
of September,191G, by Edna Black for a rooming house keeper's
license at #35 Commercial Street for a term of 3-1/3 months from
September 25th.,1916, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Chief
of Police on September 25th.,1916 and the said Chief of Police
has made report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
together with a report that he has inspected said rooming house
and recommended that the license be denied:
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That said application for
rooming house keeper's house license by Edna Black,together with
said report of Chief of Police,be set down for hearing before the
Board of Commissioners for the 3,.,t day of October,1916 at the
hour of 2:30 P. M. and that the City Recorder be and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon the said Edna Black a copy of the
report of said Chief of Police together with a notion of the time
and place of said hearing upon her application and that the Chief
of Police of Salt Lake City and the City Attorney be notified pf
the time and place of said hearing.
