Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, application was made on the 25th.day of
September,1916, by Belle LaGare for a rooming house keeper's
licenee at #67} Commercial Street for a term of four months com-
mencing September firet,1916, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Chief
of Police on September 25th.,1916 and the Chief of Police has
made a report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
together with a report that he has inspected said rooming house
and recommended that the license be denied:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That said application for
rooming house keeper's license by Belle LaGare,together with said
report of the Chief of Police, be set down for hearing before the
Beard of Commissioners for the 1r01 day of October,1916 at the
hour of 2:30 P. P. _ and that the City Recorder be'and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon the said Belle LaGare a copy of
the report of the Chief of Police together with a notice of the
time and place of said hearing upon her application, and that the
Chief of Police of Salt Lake City and the City Attorney be notified
of the time and place of said hearing.
