In the matter of petition #761 by the State Road
Commission asking permission to transport material for concrete
road construction over the lines of the Utah Light and Traction
Company during the years 1915 and 1916:
RESOLVL'D, That the petition above mentioned be filed
and that the State Road Commission be, and it is hereby granted
permission during the pleasure of the Board of Commissioners to
transport gravel from the City's gravel pit near the Hot Springs
for concrete road construction on State Street, over the streets
of the City hereinafter set out upon which the Utah Light and
Traction Companylas oar tracks.
That said gravel shall only be transported over the
following streets, towit:
Commencing at the intersection of 8th North and Beck
Streets; thence southeasterly along Beck Street and 2d West
Street to the intersection of 7th North and 2d West Streets;
thence south on 2d West Street to let North Street; thence
east on let North Street to West Temple street; thence south
on crest Temple Street to 9th South Street; thence east on
9th South Street to State Street; thence South on State
Street to the City Limits at llth South Street.
