RESOLUTION CREATING SPECIAL It.IGHTING
DISTRICT NO. 52-C
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners declared its
intention to create Lighting District No. 52-C on the 29th day of
July, 1975; and
WHEREAS, said Notice of Intention, as corrected, was published
first, on August 15, 1975, second, on August 22, 1975, third, on
August 29, 1975, and last, on September 5, 1975; and that said Notice
was mailed postage prepaid to each owner of the property to be
assessed within the special improvement district, at his last known
address, as said address appeared on the last completed real property
assessment rolls of Salt Lake County, and also sent to "Owner" at the
street number of each piece of improved property to be assessed; and
WHEREAS, the protests received in response to the Notice of
Intention of the City Commission to install, operate, maintain and
patrol Lighting District No. 52-C, are as follows:
Sherwood Drive "' 66.04% '
Oak Hills Way 51.70%
Alton Way 87.17% `
Oquirrh Drive 40.44% -
Vista View Drive (between St. Mary's Way 86.23
and Sherwood Drive)
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SALT LAKE CITY, that it does hereby create Lighting District No. 52-C,
and does hereby authorized the City Engineer to proceed with the
project as described in the Corrected Notice of Intention, DELETING,
however, from said project the streets or portions of streets thereof
named above.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah,
this 25th day of November , 1975.
