RESOLUTION
Restilt
WHEREAS, 74-2-1 of Utah Code Annotated requires the
Board of Commissioners of cities of the first class annually
to have made by and under the immediate direction and super-
vision of a competent accountant an audit of the accounts of
all officers of the city and such audit shall be begun at the
end of each year.
SOY THEREFORE, I respectfully move that Albert
Escandon be retained by Salt Lake City Corporation to make
this audit and such/other audits as the Board of Commissioners
may direct. Said appointment to be effective January 1, 1951.
Mr. Escandon's high standing in our community as an auditor
of local 7overnment accounts amply qualifies him to perform
this service.
