Result I RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, application was made on the 25th. day of Sept-
ember,1916, by Kittie Stanley for a rooming gouse keeper's license
at #49* Commercial Street for a term of four months commencing
September first 1916, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Chief of
. Police on September 27th.,1916 and the Chief of Police has made
report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, together
with report that he has inspected said rooming house and recommend-
ed Ghat the license be denied;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said application for room-
ing house keeper's license by Kittie Stanley, together with said
report of the Chief of Police,be set down for hearing before the
Board of Commissioners for the VI day of October,1916 at the
hour of y=r77'Nr—w—w%i'and t at the City Recorder be and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon the said Kittie Stanley a copy of
the report of the Chief of Police together with notice of the time
and place of said hearing upon her application, and that the Chief j
of Police of Salt Lake City and the City Attorney be notified of f
the time and place of said hearing. . w
