My dear Mr. Morris:- Last evening, I made a measurement of the street in front of my place, mod find that the street is now graded at a width of 35 ft. ; the exact measurement between. „a.t cement walks is 54 ft. As stated over the 'phone, we would be satisfied with 30 ft., but in view of the fact that it is now graded to 35 ft. , it probably would be just as well to p4t n_it i, that way. .
