RESOLVED, That the recommendation of the Chief of the Bureau of Mechanical Inspection requesting the Board of Commissioners to appoint Mr. r'illiam H. Kelsey Special Assistant in the Bureau of Lechanical Inspection at a salary of 0150.00 per month, said be concurred in; appointment to take effect Tuesday, August 25, 1914 , and that said rilliam H. Kelsey be, and he hereby is appointed Special Assistant in the Bureau of Mechanical Inspection et a salary of 0_50.00 per month, said appointment to take effect Tuesday, August 25, 1914. Kelsey, as' Assistant Bagines42 in this department, at a salary A- of $150.00 per month, to take effect Monday, August 25, 1914. It is further recommended that one half of Mr. Kelsey's salary be charged to the department of Smoke and Boiler Inspec- tion and the other half be charged to All Departments.
