WHEREAS, APPLICATION for rooming house keeper's license
was made by Helen Dean on September 25th.1916 at 33 Commercial Street
for a term of four months commencing September first,1916, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Chief of
Police on September 27th 1916 and the Chief of Police has made
report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,together
with report that he has inspected the said rooming house and recom-
mended that the license be denied:
THEREFORE: BE IT RESOLVED That said application for room-
ing house keeper's license by Helen Dean, together with aid report
of Chief of Police, be set down for hearing before the Board of
Commissioners for the 16 day of October,1916, at the hour of

and that the City Recorder be and he is hereby
instructed to serve upon the said Helen Dean a copy of the report
of the Chief of Police,together with notice of the time and place
of said hearing upon her application, and that the Chief of Police
of Salt Lake City and the City Attorney be notified of the time and
place of said hearing.
