dated April 18 , 1912 , relative to that nort i on of Curb and
Gutter Extension No . 20 ( eliminating that portion covered by
Paving Extension 7os. 77 and 82) be concurred in and notice
of intention be advertised for said work , said notice to state
that city will not be lia1e for its portion of said work un-
til one year from date of contract.
