Result WHEREAS, Hyrum T. Jensen and Badell C. Jensen on September 27th, 1916, duly filed with the City Commission an applica- tion as follows; I hereby petition your honorable body to vacate the alleys in Block 1, Kenwood Addition, as I desire to re-plat this block in order to Make it more advantageous for building purposes; AND WHEREAS, it appears to the satisfaction of the City Commission that petitioners are the sole owners of said property and that neither the public nor any person will be materially injured by said vacation, now therefore, in conformity to Section 2016.,2020, Chapter 6, C.L. of Utah, 1907, it is hereby ordered that said alleys in Block 1, Kenwood Addition, Block 13, 5 Acre Plat "A" , Salt Lake City Survey, be, and the same is vacated a pr yed for in sa petition. �!
