Greener ` ( Harmsen CC" 'tt�-t A n' 1A / �' L , � 4410KHogensen PhiOips �+ '4 SOLUTION Result OF INTENT WHEREAS, the Agreement with Hughes Air West, a certificated airline, for use of the Salt Lake City International Airport has expired; and WHEREAS, the City is currently negotiating with the said Hughes Air West for a new use agreement at the Airport; and WHEREAS, it is a matter of urgency that a new agreement be consumated as soon as possible; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of said Board of Commissioners to establish a deadline by which the above referred to agreement must be consumated; and WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City desire to make their intent known to the said certificated airline. NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, that this writing shall constitute a resolution of intent concerning a deadline by which the agreement with Hughes Air West for use of the Salt Lake City International Airport must be consumated. It is the intent of the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City that said agreement must be consumated by January 1, 1976, and if not so consumated by said date, the said Board of Commissioners intends to adopt an ordinance setting forth the rate and charges for the use of the Salt Lake City International Airport. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this Resolution shall be sent to Hughes Air West. Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this 25th day of November, 1975. Conrad B.
