I move that upon the annexation of the Town of Forest
Dale to Salt Lake City and upon the transfer to Salt _Take City
of the waters of Fairmount SpringsAowned by Forest Dale and the
Fairmount Springs Realty Company, and the pipe line and water
system now conveying, and which has heretofore conveyed to the
inhabitants of the Town of Forest Dale the waters of said springs
for culinary purposes, together with all rights of way appurtenant
to said s� up em, a d^ on the transfer to Salt Make City of the ir-
rigation water,\owned by Forest Dale, including all water rights in
Parley's Canyon Creek, and now being exchanged for lake water with
Salt Lake City, also the one seventh of all the water of Parley's
Creek rising westt of the conduit an4 owed Cby Fore�191D Dole, that .

Salt Dale City assume nd ay a bonded indebtedness now outstanding i
against said water rights and pipe line system, in favor of Zion's •S
Savings Bank & Trust Company, in the sum of approximately Twenty
Thousand Dollars, and in addition thereto supply the inhabitants

of Forest Dale, who have iperetofore received and used said irriga-
tion water, with sufficient water for irrigation purposes,without
expense to the users of said irrigation waters.
