Result
RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF AMENDMENT
NO. 1 TO THE GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN SALT LAKE
CITY CORPORATION, UTAH AND THE UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE
SALT LAKE CITY INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, UNDER
ADAP PROJECT NO. 8-49-0033-05
WHEREAS, the United States of America has issued an amend-
ment to the grant agreement relating to the above numbered
project; and
WHEREAS, the United States of America has agreed to the
amendment to the grant agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Board
of Commissioners of Salt Lake City Corporation, Utah:
SECTION 1. That the Salt Lake City Corporation shall accept
the amendment to the grant agreement between the Salt Lake City
Corporation, Utah and the United States of America.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor of Salt Lake City Corporation,
Utah is hereby authorized to execute said amendment to the grant
agreement on behalf of the Salt Lake City Corporation, Utah and
the City Recorder is hereby authorized and directed to impress
thereon the official seal of Salt Lake City Corporation, Utah and
to attest said execution.
SECTION 3. A true copy of the amendment to the grant
agreement referred to is attached hereto, incorporated herein, and
by reference made a part hereof.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, this 16th day of October , 9.
