Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, application was made on the 27th. day of September
1916 by HA. J. Peyton for a rooming house i:eeper's license at
54 Commercial Street for a term of three months commencing Sept-
ember 27th,1916, and
WHEREAS, said application was referred to the Chief of Police
on September 28th.1916 and the Chief of Police has made report
to the Board of Gnxcmissioners of Salt Lake City, together with
report that he has inspected said rooming house and recommended
that the license be denied:
THEREFORE,BE IT_ RESOLVED: That said application for rooming
house keeper's license by Mrs,J.Peyton,together with said report
of the Chief of Police be set down for hearing before the Board
of Commissioners for the II day of October,1916 at the hour
of ) 3 and that the City Recorder be and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon the said IErs.J.Peyton a copy of
the report of the Chief of Police together with a notice of the
time and place of said hearing upon her application, and that the
Chief of Police and the City Attorney be notified of the time and
place of said hearing.
