WriER-E S, Thomas Henry Marsh was employed as a first-
class patrolman for Salt Lace City and died on the 19th day of
June, 1947, leavin„ a widow, Mararet Marsh, and one minor child,
Lynne i1argarstte i s.rsh; and it being coeds to acpear that the
widow would be entitled to a pension in the sun of Fifty-six
and 25/100 (4;4,56.25) Dollars per month and the minor child to
be entitled to a pension i,, the sum of Twelve and 00/100
(M'12.00) Dollars per month,
POW IhEPLFORL, be it resolved that in accordance with
Section 71-1-1B of the Session Laws of Utah, 1947, a monthly
pension in the sum of Fifty-six and 25/10G (S56.25) Dollars be
asic to 1eargeret Larsh and Twelve and 00/100 (S12.00) Dollars
per month be paid for the support and maintenance of the minor
child, and the City Auditor and City Tree surer are authorised
to make said payments commencing with the month of July, 1947,
from the Police Pension Fund.
