RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE MAYOR OF SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, THE AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE OF SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION FOR ALL ENVIRONMENTAL PRO-
TECTION AGENCY GRANT APPLICATIONS AND RELATED MATERIALS WHICH REQUIRE AN
OFFICIAL ENDORSEMENT BY SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION.
WHEREAS, Salt Lake City Corporation currently administers two (2)
grants received from the Environmental Protection Agency; and
WHEREAS, the administration of said grants and application for fur-
ther grants at times requires official endorsement of applications and re-
lated materials by Salt Lake City Corporation; and
WHEREAS, designation of the Mayor of Salt Lake City as the author-
ized representative would enhance uniformity and efficiency,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Board of Commissioners of Salt
Lake City that the Mayor of Salt Lake City is hereby designated the author-
ized representative of Salt Lake City for all Environmental Protection Agen-
cy Grant Applications and related materials which require endorsement by
Salt Lake City Corporation.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
14th day of January , 1976.
