Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, application was made on October 3,1916 by
Isaiah Peters for a rooming house keeper's license at 56 West
Second South Street for a period of three months commencing Oct-
ober first,1916, and
WHEREAS, Said application was referred to the Chief
of Police on October 5th. 1916 and the Chief of Police has made
a report to the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,together
with report that he has inspected said rooming house and recommend-
ed that license be denied:
THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED: That said application for
rooming house keeper's license by Isaiah Peters,together with
said report of the Chief of Police be set down for hearing before
the Board of Commissioners for the 1 i day of October,1916 at
the hour of (r`.i Cf • and that the City Recorder be and he
is hereby instructed to serve upon the said Isaiah Peters a copy
of the report of the Chief of Police,together with a notice of
the time and place of said hearing upon his application,and that
the Chief of Police and the City Attorney be notified of the time
and place of said hearing.
