BE IT RESOLVED that the quit claim deed from Salt Lake City
to Joseph Hyrum Li cg to him a parcel of land in

Block 23, Ten Acre Plat "A", Territorial Survey, be delivered by
1 the Recorder to the Auditor, and that the Auditor have the same
recorded at the expense of Salt Lake City.
