TRERLIS, By a resolution of She C;ity Council of S:sit --C, he
City passed Rovember 11, 1911, the Utah Liht and Railway Company
wac directed, to proceed at once with the installation caf ctecl poles
on Rinth East Street, end the removal of all wooden coley therefrom,
so ti-t said work milat be completed by December 31, 1911. a certi-
fied copy of which resolutin, cc apeevro by the files of the City

of said Uome:ny on the E)th day of December, 1911; and

said.:

received. the work of erectin them in place of present wooden poles
will be prosecuted with all possible dilisence. This work, however,

the necessary material will not be available in time to permit of
