Result WHEREAS, Mr. Karl A. Scheid, Commissioner of
Public Affairs & Finance will be temporarily absent
from the discharge of his duties as such commissioner;
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT DURING THE temporary
absence of Mr Scheid as aforesaid, Mr. W. H. Shearman, Commissioner
of Water Supply & Waterworks be and is hereby designated to act as
Commissioner of Public Affairs & Fi anc .
