WHEREAS, Mr. Samuel C. Park, Commissioner of Public Safety
will be temporarily absent from the discharge of the duties of
such position, on account of sickness ; therefore be it
RESOLVED, that during the temporary absence of Mr. Park
as aforesaid, Mr. Richard P. Morris, Commissioner of Streets and
