INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS r
FOR STREET CROSSINGS UNDER
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chanter 13, U.C.A. 1953, as amended, allows
public entities to enter into cooperative agree:Tents to provide joint
undertakings and services; and
W :AS, the attached agreement has been prepared to accuaplish
said services;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake City:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement with Utah
Department of Transportation
2. Ted L. Wilson, Mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah, is hereby
authorized to execute said agreemrent on behalf of Salt Lake City
Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
