RESOLUTION
Result
The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner
Tedesco, read in full, considered, and unanimously adopted:
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING A DEPOSITORY AND AN
OFFICI_iiL TO RECEIVE FEDERAL AIRPORT FUNDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of Salt
Lake City, State of Utah:
SECTION 1. That all project funds, including
funds of the sponsor and funds received from the Federal
Government or from other sources, shall be deposited in
the City Treasury of Salt Lake City, Utah, and maintained
in an account in said depository separate and distinct
from all other funds of the sponsor, entitled, "Salt Lake
Municipal Airport No. 1, Federal Aid Airport Project
No. 9-42-018-8."
SECTION 2. That the City Treasurer of the said
Salt Lake City is hereby designated the official authorized
by law to receive public funds, to receive payments repre-
senting the United States, share of the project costs and
all other funds from other sources, and said official
shall deposit such funds so received in the depository
above mentioned in the said account entitled, "Salt Lake
Municipal Airport No. 1, Federal Aid Airport Project
No. 9-42-018-8."

MEETING OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF SALT LAKE CITY, STATE
OF UTAH, HELD ON September 2nd, 1948
The following resolution was introduced by Commissioner Tedesco,
read in full, considered, and unanimously adopted:
Resolution designating a depository and an
official to receive Federal Airport funds.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of Salt Lake City,
State of Utah:
SECTION 1. That all project funds, including
funds of the spaa sor and funds received from
the Federal Government or from other sources,
shall be deposited in the City Treasury of
Salt Lake City, Utah, and maintained in an
account in said deposit^ry separate and
distinct from all other funds of the sponsyr,
entitled "Salt Lake Municipal Airport No. 1,
Federal Aid Airport Project No. 9-42-018-8."
SECTION 2, That the City Treasurer of the said
Salt Lake City is hereby designated the official

receive payments representing the United States'
share of the project costs and all other funds
from other sources, and said official shall deposit
such funds ao received in the depository above
