Result I RESOLUTION
W1Cr;REAS, on July let, 1916, a license was granted to
John Sem, to operate a cafe at 137 best 2nd South street; and
1',hEREAS, the Chief of Police under date of December
2nd, 1916, has made report to the Board of Commissioners of
salt Lake City, as to the manner in which said Cafe is being
conducted and recommended that the license heretofore granted
be revoked;
NOV THHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said restaurant
license granted to said John Sem, together with
said report of the Chief of Police be set down for hearing, be-
fore the Board of Commissioners for the llth day of December
at the hour of 10 A.E. , and that the City Recorder be
and he is hereby instructed to serve upon said John Sem a copy
of the report of the Chief of Police together with a notice of
the time and place of said hearing on `ne revocation of his
license, and that the Chief of Police and the City Attorney be
notified of the time and place of said heaarrrhgg., q
