Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on July 22, , 1916, a license was granted to
H. E. Borman, to operate a cafe at 75 \iest First South street; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police under date of December
2nd, 1916, has made a report to the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, as to the manner in which said cafe is being
conducted and recommended that the license heretofore granted
be revoked;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said reataurant license
granted to said H. E. Borrman, together with said report of the
Chief of Police be set down for hearing before the Board of Com-
missioners for the 11tyl day of December at the hour of
in Ar, , and taut the City Recorder be and he is
hereby instructed to serve upon said H. E. Borman a copy of the
report of the Chief of Police together with a notice of the time
and place of said hearing on the revocation of his license, and that
the Chief of Police and the City Attorney be notified of the time
and place of said hearing.
