WHEREAS, ON July let, 1914, a license was granted to
Gus Polizo,gopoulos, to oper:te a cafe at 544 West Second South
street; and

conCucted and recomenJeC that the license heretofore Eranted
be revoke4.:
THEP 140111, BE IT nESOLVED, that said restaurant
license Ln-auteC to said Gus Polizofopoulos, together with
said report of the Chief of Police be set town for hearing be-
fore the Board of Co;nissioncr5; -'or the llth day of Decerber,
at the hour of 10 A M. , and that no City necorder be
and he i5 hereby instructed to crce upon said Gus Polizogopoulos
a copy of the report of the Chief of police together with a notice
of the time and place of said hearing on the revocation of his
license, and that the Chief of Police and the City Attorney be
notified of the time amlplace of said hearing.
