BE IT NOW AND HEREIN RESOLVED that a watchman be employed to watch.
over the grounds about the City & County Building during the nights
between April 15th,1911 and October 15th, 1911 or whatsoever of
such time as may be necessary, the salary for such watchman to be
seventy five (i)75) dollars per month, one half of said salary to be
borne by the City and one half by the County.
