Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, on July 1st, 1916, a license was granted to
D. Francesco, to operate a cafe at 143 West Second South; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of Police under date of December
2nd, 1916, has made report to the Board of Commissioners of
Salt Lake City, as to the manner in which said cafe is being
conducted and recommended that the license heretofore granted
be revoked;
THEREFORE, BE IT RRSOLVED, that said restaurant
license granted to said E. D. Francesco, together with
said report of the Chief of Police be set down for hearing be-
fore tine Board of Commissioners for the llth day of December,
at the hour of 10 A.M. , and that the City Recorder be
and _.e is hereby instructed to serve upon said E. D. Francesco
a copy of the report of the Chief of Police together with a notice
of the time and place of said hearing on the revocation of his
license, and that the Chief of Police and the City Attorney be
notified of the time and place of said hearing.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City,
Utah, December 4th, 1916.

Chief of Police and notice to be present in the Council Chamber,
City e. County Building, December llth, 1916, at 10 o'clock A.M.
and show cause why my license for a restaurant at 143 West 2nd South
street should not be revoked.
