Dear Sir : I enclose for your signature original and two copies of a stipulation required by the Forester , covering the pro- posed reservoirs in Big Cottonwood canyon, also copy of the Associate District Forester' s instructions. Forest Supervisor . - R E S O 1 U T I O N - • WHEREAS rights of way and reservoir sites have been applied for by Salt Lake City in Big Cottonwood Canyon within the Wasatch National Forest, Utah, and WHEREAS, the regulations of the United States Department of the Interior concerning rights of way and reservoir sites provide that whenever such rights are located upon National Forests, the applicant must enter into such stipulations and execute such bonds as the Secretary of Agriculture may require. NOW BE IT SIN •RESI©YE THAT, His Honor, Mayor Bransford be given full powwr to execute these stipulations for and in behalf of the City, and that a copy of this resolution be attached to each stipulation. ?/?4,(011:041 May 8, 1911. . r
