■■Result RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Salt Lake City Board of Commissioners declared its
intention to create the Special Improvement District designated as
Sanitary Sewer Extension No. 50-1119; and
WHEREAS, said Notice of Intention was published first on July 19,
1977, second on July 26, 1977, third on August 2, 1977, and last on
August 9, 1977; and that said Notice was mailed, postage prepaid, to
each owner of the property to be assessed within the special improve-
ment district at his last known address as said address appeared on
the last completed real property assessment rolls of Salt Lake County,
and also sent to "owner" at the street number of each piece of improved
property to be assessed; and
WHEREAS, protests respecting the creation of said Special Improve-
ment District were considered by the Board of Commissioners on the
15th day of August, 1977.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH, that inasmuch as the frontage protested amounts
to 2,924.30 feet of the total frontage of 13,164.69 front feet, or a
total percentage of frontage protested of 22%, the protests are hereby
deemed to be insufficient to require any change or alteration in the
district as proposed, and accordingly, this Board does hereby create
said district and does hereby authorize the City Engineer to proceed
with this project as described in the Notice of Intention.
Passed by the Board of Commissioners of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
5th day of October , 1977.
