RESOLUTION NO. 13 OF 1987
AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AN
INTERLOCAL COOPERATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN SALT LAKE CITY CORPORATION
AND UTAH STATE UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS, Title 11, Chapter 13, U.C.A., 1953, as amended,
allows public entities to enter into cooperative agreements to
provide joint undertakings and services and
WHEREAS, the attached agreement has been prepared to
accomplish said purposes;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Salt Lake
City, Utah:
1. It does hereby approve the attached agreement generally
described as follows :
A laboratory services contract wherein the Utah State
Un iversity agrees to provide certain sludge, soil and
plant tests for the City on airport property at the
Hinckley Farm.
2. Palmer A. De Paul i s, Mayor of Salt Lake Ci ty, Ut ah, is
hereby authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of Salt
Lake City Corporation and to act in accordance with its terms.
Passed by the City Council of Salt Lake City, Utah, this
3rd day of February , 1987.
