This map amendment is conditioned upon the owner ofthe Property entering into a development agreement with a term of thirty (30) years requiring: 1)that all ofthe dwelling units on the Property be restricted to those with household incomes of30% of the area median income or below; and 2)that the Property include perimeter fencing, security lighting, a security camera system, and signage to deter non-resident loitering or trespassing, all in compliance with Title 21A ofthe Salt Lake City Code. SECTION 3. EffectiveDate. This ordinance shall become effectiveon the date of its firstpublication and shall be recorded with the Salt Lake County Recorder. The Salt Lake City Recorder is instructed to not publish this ordinance until the condition set forthin Section 2 is satisfiedas certified by the Salt Lake City Planning Director or his designee. SECTION 4. Time. Ifthe condition set forthin Section 2 above has not been met within one year afteradoption, then this ordinance shall become null and void. The City Council may, forgood cause shown, by resolution, extend the time period forsatisfying the condition identifiedabove.
