Stephanie distributed hand outs to CDAC and announced that the
Community Meetings Dot Analysis of Projects had been tallied
and the report of the final outcome was attached. (See
Attachment A) . She suggested that CDAC look this over and keep
it for further reference. It will be useful in making
recommendations at their workshop scheduled on February 23.
She then suggested that CDAC set their January and February
meeting schedule to interview Citywide applicants. It was
decided that CDAC would meet January 8, 17 and 24 and February
7 and 12, holding their workshop on February 23 .
Stephanie ask CDAC to review the list of project applicants
they requested to interview and the list of project proposals
they requested status updates on and advise her of any changes.
(See Attachment B) . Kim wanted to know if they could have a
current status of the Parks Departments New Playground
Equipment rather than interview them? No decision was made at
this time.
Stephanie said that she was glad that everyone had come to the
CDAC social and that she hoped everyone had a good time.
