A. City of Millcreek hearing on adoption of its proposed General Plan
The City of Millcreek City Council will hold a public hearing on adoption of
Millcreek's proposed General Plan on Monday, January 28. The current version of
Millcreek's General Plan calls for a boundary adjustment with Salt Lake City that
would involve loss of Salt Lake City land to the City of Millcreek.
The Salt Lake City Council Chair has indicated he will attend the hearing and read
a letter expressing the Council's point of view on the boundary adjustment. Other
Council Members may be interested in attending as well.

Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director, provided an overview of the
boundary adjustment. She said the Council Chair wanted to check-in/invite all
Council Members to attend the meeting. There were no objections from Council
Members about attending the meeting and submitting a letter from the Salt Lake
City Council. Ms. Gust-Jenson said Staff would circulate a draft letter for Council
Members to review.
Councilmember Fowler asked if it was permitted for all Council Members to
attend the meeting and provide comments. Ms. Gust-Jenson replied there were
no issues with the Council attending a public meeting or providing comments.
