1. Consider and adopt the proposed ordinance amending Section 20 of the
Traffic Code regarding impounding vehicles.
2. Consider and adopt the amendment to the Airport Use Fee Ordinance.
3. Consider and adopt the ordinance relating to the definition of second-
hand dealers.
4. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Title 24, Chapters 5-11, of the
Revised Ordinances of Salt Lake City, Utah, 1965, relating to Municipal Government.
5. Consider and approve the appointments of Frederick R. Anderson, Michael D.
Gallivan, Tom Sieg, Elizabeth K. Burns, Steve England, and the reappointment of
Stuart Loosli to the Historic Landmarks Committee.
6. Consider and adopt an ordinance amending Section 41-5-6, as last amended by
Bill No. 36 of 1982, relating to excavation and obstruction permit fees.
E. UNFINISHED COUNCIL BUSINESS
1. Reconsider and approve the request for funding for Wasatch Front Regional
Council for $13,600 for planning studies.
2. Approve the allocation of $16,200 from the General Fund contingency as Salt
Lake City's contribution to the Special Arson Fire Enforcement Unit.
F. PUBLIC HEARINGS
1. (6:00 p.m.) Discuss the proposed sale of a parcel of land located at the
southeast corner of 13th Avenue and 'k' Streets.
2. (6:00 p.m.) Discuss the proposed sale of a parcel of land located on the
south aide of 700 North at approximately 1650 West.
3. (6:15 p.m.) Discuss Petition 195/1982 by Gordon O'Neil requesting vaca—
tion of an alley running between 500 and 600 East between Commonwealth Avenue and
2100 South.
