2/2/2022 11:27 Nan Weber Sorry for the late answer. The Salvation Army Church across the alley from my house has leased part of their
property to Google Fiber.Understand I love Google Fiber,I have it.However early to late the trucks and equipment
make so much noise it comes into our house. My husband and I have a home recording studio that is pretty well
insulated but when they move dirt around and their equipment is mixing"ingredients"(not sure that is what they
are doing)we have to stop work and wait until they are gone for a few hours.Of course there is no peace in our once
quite yard and neighborhood where we used to enjoy outside activity.I'm not sure if this make a lot of sense but I do
have recorded video of how loud it is when they work.I have lived in Poplar Grove for 38 years so I have a fair
comparison. The neighborhood has single family dwellings and a small apartment nearby with some small
businesses.Construction site noise is not too compatible with our homes. The site is on 900 West between 400 and
500 South.I live on Post Street across the alley.I would like to know who I can chat with about how long this will
continue. So far about two years but it's getting to be a bigger operation."
2/7/2022 8:32 The Other Side Village April Mills Hi Dan,I hope all is well with you and your family.I am writing to let you know that I strongly support The Other Side
Village. It is a cause I feel strongly about. All people deserve shelter even if they can't obtain it on theiir own.I hope

2/7/2022 11:29 Mask mandate Brian Leech Masks don't work.Mandating masks is a massive government overreach. You and the county council are a disgrace.
It is time to stop this madness.Did the whole country shut down because of smallpox,Spanish flu, etc.?When are
our elected leaders going to wake up and leave their constituents alone?Get out of my life. This is not what
government is for.It is tyrannical. This is not the freedom our founding fathers envisioned. You and the others will
be out of office. We will remember.
2/7/2022 13:54 Daniel Fale Hello Alejandro,My name is Daniel Fale, and my partner Graig Griffin and I have been working with the Carter
family who owns multiple parcels(with businesses)adjacent to the proposed rezone at 1850w Indiana Avenue and
1965W 500S(their parcels being 1802-1818 W Indiana Ave).As our client's parcels of land,as well as the adjacent
proposed rezone fall under District 2,Poplar Grove,we wanted to reach out to you-as our council member-to ensure
we are kept in the loop with regard to all coming work meetings/or other discussions surrounding the proposed
rezone. On 10-27-21,we did voice support with concerns related to the rezone at the Planning Committee Meeting.
Ultimately the following was decided and has been copied and pasted directly from the 10-27-21 Minutes:"The
motion moved forward with the friendly amendment accepted,it is restated here:Salt Lake City Planning
Commission October 27,2021 Page 12 Commissioner Brenda Scheer stated,Based on the findings and analysis in
the staff report, testimony, and discussion at the public hearing,I move that the Planning Commission recommend
that the City Council approve the proposed Zoning Map Amendment, file PLNPCM2021-00787 for the properties
located at 1850 W Indiana Avenue and 1965 West 500 South respectively, proposed zone change from the PL(Public
Lands)zoning district to the FB-UN2(Form Based Urban Neighborhood)zoning district with the following
recommendation:Whereas the community and the public should have the opportunity to plan the neighborhood
with the large and potentially impactful project. We recommend that the Council ask the City staff to work with the
applicant, businesses, and the community to prepare a development agreement prior to conveying the property.
This plan needs to look at infrastructure, including transportation, services,Commercial development, and the
buffering and protection of the existing business and the needs of the nearby residents.Commissioners Maurine
Bachman,Mike Christensen,Andra Ghent,Sara Urquhart,Andres Paredes,Jon Lee,and Brenda Scheer voted"yes".
Commissioner Aimee Burrows voted"no".The motion passed with 7"yes"and 1"no".The next step sounds as
though it is a"work session"and we would like to know how we can be involved to ensure that our client's voice-
concern is reiterated/heard.Please let me know a planned date for this work session discussion as well as how we
(my client, partner and I)can be involved moving forward.--Daniel Fale Real Estate Agent WINDERMERE
