Staff Note: Per state law, the Board of Canvassers for municipal elections includes the City Council and Mayor. Therefore, a quorum and a simple majority consists of five board members. Certified vote totals are shown on the election results report. MOTION 2 – NOT APPROVE I move that the Board not adopt the proposed resolution and proceed to the next agenda item.
