oath, state as follows:
A. I presided at a closed meeting of the Salt Lake City
Council, held on the Z3CA day of %�v,t'i 1 20 Cam.
B. The meeting was closed for the following purpose(s):
1. discussion of the character, professional
competence, or physical or mental health of an individual;
2. discussion regarding deployment of security
personnel, devices or systems;
3. strategy session to discuss collective bargaining;
4. strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably
imminent litigation;
5. strategy session to discuss the purchase,
exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a
water right or water shares, if public discussion of the
transaction would: disclose the appraisal or estimated value of
the property under consideration; or prevent the public body from
completing the transaction on the best possible terms;
6. strategy session to discuss the sale of real
property, including any form of a water right of water shares, as
permitted by the Open and Public Meetings Act;
7. investigate proceeding regarding allegations of
criminal misconduct; or
8. other, described as follows:
C. I certify that:
1. If the meeting was closed exclusively for any reason
identified in paragraphs B.1 or B.2 above, this document
constitutes the record and minutes of said meeting, as required
by Section 52-4-206 Utah Code Ann., 1953, as amended (Repl. Vol.
5B) .
2. If the closed meeting was held for a purpose identified
in paragraphs B.3 through B.8, above, a recording was made of the
closed portion of the meeting; and there ( were were
not) detailed written minutes taken that disclose the content of
the closed portion of the meeting. These recordings and minutes
have been directed by me to be filed, held and maintained
consistent with the Open and Public Meetings Act. Q�

Room 3DZ6 of the Salt Lake City and County Building, 451 South
State Street.

the sole purpose for closing the meeting was to discuss matters
