I have confirmed with DTA that the sockets in front of these parcels indeed have power issues. 2. Spencer Ji Property: 175 E 400 S Parcel ID: 16-06-305-022-0000 The property owner successfully appealed their 2024 property valuation with Salt Lake County and requested that the updated value be used in determining their CBIA assessment amount. County documentation has been submitted to the Board for review. 3. Aaron Carter: Property: City Creek Reserve Parcel ID: 15-01-227-062-2002 Parcel ID: 16-06-101-034-2006 Parcel ID: 16-06-101-034-2008 Parcel ID: 16-06-101-034-2007 Parcel ID: 15-01-227-062-2016 The property owner successfully appealed their 2024 property valuations with Salt Lake County and requested that the updated value be used in determining their CBIA assessment amount.
