The property owner has requested that the holiday lighting assessment be removed
from their total assessment as the holiday lighting in front of the parcels in question
do not function. I have confirmed with DTA that the sockets in front of these parcels
indeed have power issues.

The property owner successfully appealed their 2024 property valuation with Salt
Lake County and requested that the updated value be used in determining their
CBIA assessment amount. County documentation has been submitted to the Board
for review.
