TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2016
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah, met on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 7 : 41 p.m. in Room 315,
Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Derek Kitchen Stan Penfold James Rogers
Erin Mendenhall Andrew Johnston Lisa Adams
Charlie Luke
Jennifer Bruno, Council Executive Deputy Director; Jacqueline
Biskupski, Mayor; Patrick Leary, Mayor' s Chief of Staff; David
Litvack, Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City Attorney;
Russell Weeks, Council Policy Analyst; and Kory Solorio, Assistant
City Recorder; were present .
Director Rogers presided at and conducted the meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
9:03:51 PM Councilmember Mendenhall moved and Councilmember Kitchen
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members voted aye .
#1 . 9:04:20 PM Accept public comment and consider a resolution
adopting the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local
Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year 2016-
2017 . View Attachments
Director Mendenhall moved and Director Kitchen seconded to refer
the public hearing regarding the Local Building Authority Budget for
Fiscal Year 2016-2017 to June 7, 2016 at 7 : 00 p.m. , which motion
carried, all directors voted aye .

9:04:54 PM Director Penfold moved and Director Mendenhall seconded
to adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority
and reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors
voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 9 : 05 p.m.
