TUESDAY, MAY 3, 2016
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake
City, Utah, met on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 at 7 : 00 p.m. in Room 315,
Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Derek Kitchen Stan Penfold James Rogers
Erin Mendenhall Andrew Johnston Lisa Adams
The following Board Director was absent:
Charlie Luke
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Jacqueline M.
Biskupski, Mayor; Patrick Leary, Mayor' s Chief of Staff; Margaret
Plane, City Attorney; and Scott Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were
present .
Director Rogers presided at and conducted the meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
8:50:31 PM Councilmember Penfold moved and Councilmember Kitchen
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members present voted aye .
#1 . 8:50:54 PM Adopting a resolution adopting the tentative budget
for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt
Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2016 and ending
June 30, 2017 . View Attachment
Director Penfold moved and Director Mendenhall seconded to adopt
Resolution 3 of 2016, which motion carried, all directors present
voted aye .

#2 . 8:51:21 PM Setting the public hearing date of Tuesday, May 24 ,
2016 to accept public comment and approve a resolution adopting the
final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building
Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year beginning July
1, 2016 and ending June 30, 2017 .
Director Penfold moved and Director Kitchen seconded to set the
public hearing date, which motion carried, all directors present voted
aye .

#3. 8:51:59 PM Director Penfold moved and Director Kitchen
seconded to approve the minutes of the Local Building Authority
meeting held Tuesday, March 1, 2016, which motion carried, all
directors present voted aye .

8:52:12 PM Director Penfold moved and Director Kitchen seconded to
adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and
reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors
present voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 8 : 52 p.m.
