TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 15, 2016
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, November 15, 2016 at 7 : 39 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Erin Mendenhall Stan Penfold Charlie Luke
Andrew Johnston Lisa Adams James Rogers
Derek Kitchen
Jennifer Bruno, Council Executive Deputy Director; David Litvack,
Mayor' s Deputy Chief of Staff; Margaret Plane, City Attorney; and Scott
Crandall, Deputy City Recorder; were present .
Director Rogers presided at and Director Adams conducted the
meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
7:39:33 PM Councilmember Penfold moved and Councilmember Rogers
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members voted aye .
#1 . 7:39:47 PM Setting the public hearing date of Tuesday, December
6, 2016, at 7 : 00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider a resolution
amending the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local
Building Authority for Fiscal Year 2016-2017 . The budget amendments
include funding to cover increased expenses for the Marmalade Library
and appropriating accrued interest on Local Building Authority Bonds,
Series 2014A. View Attachment
Director Rogers moved and Director Johnston seconded to set the
date of December 6, 2016 for a public hearing, which motion carried, all
directors voted aye .

Director Penfold moved and Director Mendenhall seconded to adjourn
as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and reconvene
as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 7 : 41 p.m.
