A. Changes to Annual Calendar during Budget Season
1. Council Work Sessions & RDA Start Times
Beginning May i6th through June loth, Council work session meetings will
start at i:oopm instead of 2:oopm for budget season. This would include
the May 16th RDA meeting.
2. Council Meeting Agendas and Material
The Council meeting agendas and packet related materials will be
published and distributed on Fridays instead of Thursdays during Budget
Season.
3. The tentative Thursday meetings during budget season have been
removed, as work session start times have been changed to 1:oo pm.
4. May 3oth has been changed to a work session only for budget discussions.
Three formal meetings remain scheduled in May.
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Executive Council Director, reviewed changes to the
Annual Calendar during the budget season with no objections from the
Council.
