TUESDAY, APRIL 18 , 2017
The Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City,
Utah, met on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at 7 : 24 p.m. in Room 315, Council
Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State .
The following Board Directors were present :
Stan Penfold Charlie Luke Andrew Johnston
Lisa Adams James Rogers Derek Kitchen
The following Board Director was absent :
Erin Mendenhall
Cindy Gust-Jenson, Council Executive Director; Margaret Plane, City
Attorney; Patrick Leary, Mayor' s Chief of Staff; David Litvack, Mayor' s
Deputy Chief of Staff; and Kory Solorio, Assistant City Recorder; were
present .
Director Penfold presided at and conducted the meeting.
AGENDA ITEMS
7 :24 :15 PM Councilmember Johnston moved and Councilmember Kitchen
seconded to recess as the City Council and convene as the Board of
Directors of the Local Building Authority, which motion carried, all
members present voted aye .
#1 . 7 :24 :48 PM Director Johnston moved and Director Rogers
seconded to approve the minutes of the Local Building Authority meeting
held Tuesday, April 4 , 2017 , which motion carried, all directors present

#2 . 7 :25:13 PM Setting the dates of Tuesday, May 16, 2017 ,
Tuesday, May 23, 2017, and June 6, 2017 , at 7 : 00 p.m. to accept public
comment regarding a resolution adopting the final budget for the Capital
Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah,
for the Fiscal Year Beginning July 1, 2017 and Ending June 30, 2018 .

Director Johnston moved and Director Rogers seconded to set the
dates of Tuesday, May 16, 2017, Tuesday, May 23, 2017 , and June 6, 2017 ,
at 7 : 00 p.m. to accept public comment and approve a resolution adopting
the final budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building
Authority of Salt Lake City, Utah, for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1 ,
2017 and ending June 30, 2018, which motion carried, all directors
present voted aye .

adjourn as the Board of Directors of the Local Building Authority and
reconvene as the City Council, which motion carried, all directors
present voted aye .
The meeting adjourned at 7 : 26 p.m.
