A. Resolution of support for Northern Utah Food Hub Feasibility Study
The Council received the Northern Utah Food Hub Feasibility Study grant
application for $50,000. The application requires a resolution of support, which
is sometimes required by grant providers, and will be on tonight's (April 2) New
Business portion of the agenda for the Council's consideration.
Jennifer Bruno, Council Executive Deputy Director, brought to the attention of
the Council the (out of the ordinary) resolution of support for Northern Utah
Food Hub Feasibility Study. She said it does not commit the City's resources or
pledge matching grants it was only to check off the box in the application process.
